What is a tech travel agent?

A Tech Travel Agent is a lot like a travel agent, they handle all the coordination and logistics of your technology rental so you can focus on the more important aspects of your event.

What differentiates you from your competitor?

Why don’t you rent inkjet printers?


We only offer business grade commercial professional laserjet printers, inkjets are typically low cost, consumer grade printers.

Can I extend my rental?


Equipment may be extended for a duration beyond the original rental period by contacting your Tech Travel Agent. Equipment not returned on time or delayed may result in additional fees.

Are the machines tested before sent out?

All of our machines are tested, cleaned and virus-free. All machines are up to date with a fresh load of the latest OS.

Can I have the equipment delivered to my hotel or trade show?

Yes, along with delivery to office locations, we can deliver or ship directly to your hotel or convention center.

What is the average turn-around time from your warehouse to location?

Our turn-around time is approximately 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping/delivery available for an additional fee.

What is my liability?

RentalSupplier.com’s liability ends upon delivery. We hold no responsibility for damage, theft or end-user related issues and require that our customers make sure our equipment is in a secure and safe location. However, damage insurance is available for those situations that are out of your control.

Do you have store fronts? 


We have warehouse locations, but not "store fronts" in the traditional sense of retail locations, as we primarily provide a B2B service that delivers or ships our rental equipment directly to our clients.

Do I have to do my own setup? Can I have a technician on standby?

On request, our technicians can set up and tear down all the rental equipment for your event, making it easy and convenient for you. Technicians are available on standby for your event by request.

You can rent by the day, week or month. We specialize in renting for short term needs and events.

How current is your technology?

We have the latest in technology equipment. Shortly after a new technology becomes available to consumers, we can offer it for rental.

How many office do you have and what is your travel radius?


Our office are located in the central Kuala Lumpur, which is very near to most of the events venue, and we make deliveries and shipments to any location nationwide.

How long has your company been in business?

We have 35 years of experience. We've been established since 1979.

How much does it cost to rent?

There are 6 major factors that affect the price of a rental: Quantity, Length of Time, Location, Technical Specifications, and most importantly, Availability.

Who is NOAH?

Noah is our service icon before any service personnnel is assigned to the renters. It stands for Never Offline, Always Helpful (NOAH). Made of good product, better services!

When do I need to reserve the product?

We require a one working day for all of the reservation. The products are subject to availability irrespective of notice- First Come First Serve basis

 

What are the products conditions?

All of the products are fully inspected by our professional personnel before rental to ensure absolute product performance. The renters are also encouraged to check it before acceptance of the product to ensure functionality as well. 

Do you have minimum rental requirements?

No, we do not have any minimum rental. 

Can I change my request?

Yes. Any change of request must be done within 1 to 3 working days depends on the product availability. The product must be same value or higher and no refund will be given if the value is lesser.

Can I cancel my request?

Yes. Cancellation of request must be done within 1 to 3 working days depends on the product. Additional charges may apply on certain situation

Who should if I’m having problem with the product after it was delivered?

? You will be assigned service personnel after confirmation. You may contact our main line at 03- 62573833 during office hour or you may contact your assigned service personnel after working hour. We aim to provide you with best service!

Can I come for self collect?

Yes, you can. Please refer to the map for more details.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes, we do provide transportation nationwide and additional charge is applicable based on your location.

Do I need to put any deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required for all of the rental products. There are two type of deposit; refundable and non refundable deposit. i. Refundable deposit is a certain amount to be placed based on the product value that will be refund upon once the product returns. ii. Non- refundable deposit is a 50% amount of the total value which is to be settled upon confirmation and the balance of 50% will be paid upon product delivery or collection.

What type of documents I need to provide?

The type of documents needed are photo copy of identification card, business card (if any), company registration number (if any), and other supporting documents for further verification.

What happens if the product is damaged or stolen while is in my possession?

The technical team will perform a routine check and inspection for all of the rental products and should there any damages during or after the rental, the renter is charged accordingly on the market value of the product ( for stolen cases) or the replacing spare parts and components.

What forms of payment do you accept?

By cash, bank in, or cheque. For cheque & bank in, please make sure that the transactions have to be made three working days before the product is deliver or collect.
