Yes, we offer pianos that are suitable for both indoor and outdoor events. However, for outdoor events, we recommend renting a digital piano, like the Nord Stage 4, that is more adaptable to weather conditions and easier to transport. Our team will ensure the piano is set up properly for your event.
How do I cancel my rental order?
If you need to cancel your rental order, please email us at Hi@RentalSupplier.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may result in a 100% charge of the quoted payment.
Can I rent a piano without a stand or other accessories?
Our piano rental services generally include all necessary accessories, such as stands, benches, and pedals. However, if you prefer to rent the piano without certain accessories, we can customise the rental package based on your preferences. Just let us know what you need.

Yes, if you wish to extend your rental period, you can contact us via email at Hi@RentalSupplier.com prior to the end of the current rental term. We will do our best to accommodate your extension request, but please note that availability cannot be guaranteed beyond the original rental term.
